Day 1: Windhoek – Solitaire (223 km)
Welcome at the airport.
Reception of 4 x 4 rental vehicle and full provisioning for the stay.
Depart at 4 p.m. for Solitaire via the Spreetshogte Pass, stopping to admire the breathtaking panorama of the Great Escarpment, the Sand Sea and the Central Plateau.

Half-board accommodation at Barkhan Dune Retreat, in a chalet.

Days 2, 3, 4: Solitaire – Walvis Bay (235 km)
Day 2: Departure at 9 a.m.
Drive with stops to explore the Kuiseb River valley to Walvis Bay.
Day 3: Departure between 8:30 and 9 a.m., depending on the timing of the agency that picks us up from our accommodation.
Guided 4 x 4 drive along the ocean shore, tide permitting, to Sandwich Harbour with dune safari drive or 5 h catamaran cruise.
Day 4: Departure at 9 a.m.
Excursion to Moon Landscape and Welwitschia Drive Plains. Lunch at leisure at the Goanikonte oasis.
Accommodation at Flamingo Villas Boutique Hotel. Meals on your own.

Day 5: Walvis Bay – Usakos (230 km)
Departure at 8 a.m. for the Spitzkoppe site.
Explore the site by car and on foot, climbing and observing the geological formations.
On-site camping or chalet accommodation at Spitzkoppen Lodge (optional). Meals on your own.

Days 6 and 7: Usakos – Uis (100 km)
Day 6: Departure at 8:30 am.
Drive through Damaraland to Mount Brandberg; hike; guided visit to the rock paintings.
Day 7: Departure at 8 a.m.
Guided safari in search of desert elephants.
Walk, rest, swimming pool.
Accommodation at Brandberg White Lady Lodge in camping or chalet (optional). Meals on your own.

Day 8: Uis – Cape Cross (168 km)
Departure at 9 a.m.
Visit Cape-Cross Reserve; beach walk, birdwatching and marine wildlife.
Camping or hotel accommodation at Cape-Cross Lodge (optional). Meals on your own.

Days 9, 10, 11: Cape Cross – Palwag (400 km)
Day 9: Departure at 8 a.m. for a drive through the Skelleton Coast Nature Park.
Day 10: Guided safari drive in search of wildlife in the Gondwana concession.
Day 11: Guided hike to discover the flora; rest, swimming pool.
Accommodation 1 night in a bivouac in the Gondwana Concession, 2 nights camping at Palmwag Lodge or in a chalet (optional). Meals on your own.

Day 12: Palmwag – Purros (220 km)
Departure at 7:30 a.m. for a drive to discover the landscapes, flora and fauna of the Kaokoveld.
Accommodation at Purros Camp Canyon in a campsite. Meals on your own.

Day 13: Purros – Opuwo (290 km)
Drive on unusual trails to Anabib, Orupembe, Opuwo.
Accommodation at Opuwo Country Lodge, camping or room (optional). Meals on your own.

Days 14 and 15: Opuwo – Epupa (212 km)
Day 14: Departure at 8 a.m.
Drive to Epupa; hike through the tropical scenery of Epupa Falls.
Day 15: Visit to Himba village, walk, birdwatching, rest.
Lodging at Camp Cornie in a campsite or converted tent (optional). Meals on your own.

Days 16, 17, 18: Epupa – Etosha (360 km)
Day 16: Departure at 7 a.m.
Drive along the Kunene River to Ruacana, then south to Etosha National Park.
Day 17 and 18: Safari drive in Etosha National Park.
Accommodation 1 night half-board at Okaukuejo, Etosha Village; 2 nights at Namutoni campsite or Resort (optional). Meals on your own.

Day 19: Etosha – Odjiwarongo (190 km)
Safari drive in Etosha Park.
Group meets at 3 pm at Okaukuejo gate.
Departure for Odjiwarongo.
Accommodation at Kamaku Guesthouse. Meals on your own.

Day 20: Odjiwarongo – Windhoek (250 km)
Departure at 8 a.m. on the fast road to Windhoek; stop for a short visit to the Okahandja craft market.
Return your rental car in Windhoek and check out.
Transfer to the airport or your hotel. End of our adventure, with your head full of images and stories to tell.
